I took my brand new 2016 Subaru Crosstrek to Benny's Car Wash on Airline Drive and will never step foot on that property again. They have a special where new cars get washed for free during the first month. Well guess what! So NOT, i repeat NOT worth it. I followed all the directions exactly as they were given to me and their car wash ripped my rear windshield wiper off. I didn't notice it until i had started on my way home but i called immediately and talked to Dean after about 4 attempts at calling. He assured me they would take care of it if i returned the next day. When i went in the next day Dean was not there and there was some other guy there. He had me fill out a claim form even though i explained to him that i had talked to the manager that was there the day before and he told me to come back and they would make it right. Then i finally got him to understand that it was my rear windshield wiper that was ripped off while i was in the wash tunnel. He said oh ok. he then walked over to where they do the oil changes, etc. and told the guy to put a new rear windshield wiper on my vehicle. The guy was inept at best. Needless to say they didn't have the correct windshield wiper and i was told if they didn't they'd have to review the tapes and make sure that it was their fault. How can he even say that. Then he said you probably had your wipers on automatic and that's why it happened. After he verified that my wipers weren't on automatic he said they'd have to follow the claim process. I told the guy their equipment never should have ripped it off in the first place. I will NEVER EVER, and I repeat NEVER EVER go to Benny's car was again. I ended up going to the Subaru dealership and just replacing the rear windshield wiper myself. Do yourselves a favor people and don't ever go here; especially if you have a new car and don't want any damage done to it.

Read moreMy first time at this location. I paid for the super interior package and gator windshield $49.00. I wasn't notified that my car was ready, I noticed it sitting off to the side. I went out to get my keys, I'm looking over my car and noticed my door scraped I went over to inform the guy of this and that I still had dirt on my car and my tires were not shined up. The first guy was short a Mexican not very friendly. He said he walked off and come back with a bottle said that he would apply something I couldn't understand he was a manager. I go back to the building and the cashier points me in the direction of Tyler he said that they would apply some compound and run it back through the wash. He does that and bring my car back to me in the front of the building didn't even take the time to dry off all of the water or make sure tires are shined up. I ask of he could shine my tires. I leave out of the parking lot and notice that there are still dirt and crumbs in the arm rest, the cup holder and around the area where my charger port is I go back and ask if I could my money back for the portion I paid for them to clean the inside of my car. Tyler says no that they don't fully clean the inside and they only apply a protestant on a small sponge that he showed me. I told him that if I knew that then I wouldn't have paid for that service, he was very rude telling me that they had washed my car twice. I told him you offered to wash because of the scrape and the dirt that was still on the outside and that he didn't redo the inside. Read moreWent on the 4th of July. After going through the wash, I asked the gentlemen to pay extra attention to the center console, dash, & doors. They finished rather quickly. Upon driving off, I noticed the ticket was still on my windshield, there was trash on the right front side floor, my Bath & Body Works vent air freshener was missing, excess water was in the middle console (I sopped up what I could with the few available napkins I had), the vacuum job was not the best (crumbs still remained on the back seat), & the door still had white residue on it. I turned around & came back. No one was available to direct my vehicle to a particular detailing area, so I pulled up to the far left. Waited for several minutes with no acknowledgement although they kept looking over at me. Finally, I was told curtly to drive around to the right side. I explained my dissatisfaction with my interior & that I directed myself to the left side b/c no one was available to direct me to the "correct" side. It seems they were directing everyone to the far right side of the detailing station. After showing one of the guys the B&BW air freshener I had clipped to my visor, & explaining my similar vent clip was missing, he searched the ground for it, but couldn't find it.
