I placed an order for the Garden District Billy's. However, I just looked at Perkins and figured it was the 13726 Perkins Rd one. I got there and realized my mistake. The team immediately jumped into action, called the other store and told them that they'd make the arrangement for me. Within 10 minutes, they had the arrangement ready with fresh and beautiful flowers. I shopped around while waiting and bought a few things to which the manager told me some interesting facts about the jewelry I purchased. They were super accommodating and VERY friendly. That's the type of place I'll shop at again regardless of if I need something....

I truly would like to thank you and your team! I noticed on my order the delivery by noon was not an option and so I added the request of noon delivery in the comment section. I realized I may have placed the order to late to receive noon delivery. I received a call concerning these details and that I needed to provide a secondary address in case the place of business would be closed upon delivery. I ordered an arrangement from here for a funeral last week. It was on behalf of someone else who could not attend. Perhaps because of that the florist thought I would not see the arrangement in person.

Well I did, and I was not impressed. Many of the flowers looked wilted and tired, like they were about to be thrown out. The snapdragons in particular did not look good. This was right before Mothers Day so it seems to me they cut corners to save good flowers for their in-store rush.
