I had a very bad experience at this dental office. I originally started getting my teeth cleaned at this office and I had a great experience with the hygienist. Dr Bruni came in during one of my appointments and we talked about a procedure I needed done. Dr Bruni told me he could do the procedure and I trusted him which was a big mistake. The day of my procedure I initially had a very bad first impression when they asked me to pay the $1800 before my appointment. I reluctantly agreed but I thought it was odd that they were asking me to checkout before my scheduled procedure. Then they took me back to the room I was going to be in for my procedure and they asked me if the hygienist could come in and “numb me up.” I said “absolute not.” I don’t want a hygienist administering injectable numbing medication on me. They are not qualified to do that. So Dr Bruni comes in after I had been given nitrous oxide and numbed me up and a few minutes later he started my procedure. About what seemed like 20 minutes into the procedure Dr Bruni suddenly stopped and said he had to abort the procedure because he said he perforated a membrane and he said he could not continue. Then Dr Bruni said “I am not going to charge you.” I had a failed procedure and ended up with a mouth full of stitches that bled continually over the weekend. What was worse was that I consulted an oral surgeon in Baton Rouge about a week later and the oral surgeon told me that Dr Bruni was not qualified to do such a procedure because he was a general dentist and only an oral surgeon should be doing the procedure that Dr. Bruni attempted to do. The oral surgeon then told me that he would not be able to operate on me for at least a year because the area in my mouth was so messed up. Then I talked to another general dentist and he told me that “We do not do those procedures. Only an oral surgeon would do a procedure like that.” Think long and hard before going to this office for any needed...

Absolutely wonderful experience for my wife our daughter and myself. I went first after I was told I had no options and had to have my teeth pulled, Dr. Bruni gave me other options which were much better. He's a pretty cool guy too. His wife, also Dr. Bruni, is a real nice lady. I then brought my daughter and they really made it easy for a kid. The dentist office wasn't like this when I was younger. She wants to go back. My wife stayed for the other half of my daughters visit and ended up getting her teeth cleaned. The place is really nice, very comfortable, and they have an arcade up front with Turtles in Time. Yep Turtles in Time. I don't work in the dental field but you can tell they use the latest and greatest technology. They did a 3d scan of my teeth, what!?!?! All of the staff are really, really nice. Not too nice like fake nice. You can tell they probably like their job. I'm pretty sure they did extra throwing a veneer on where I had a tooth chipped and when it chipped a week later Dr. Bruni fixed it right up. I don't recall that sort of thing happening at other dentists. I can't say enough good things about this place. It's the best experience I've ever had at a dentist...

They are phenomenal! This has been the best dentist experience I have ever had. I’m already anticipating making my next appointment as well as my husband who has bad dental anxiety and hasn’t been very often. I had my consultation with Dr. Lang which was great but Dr. Bruni did the procedure. His assistant was very nice and made me feel comfortable. They let my husband stay in the room and he felt extremely comfortable and very pleased with everything, he said they need a tv show because they were like machines lol. The office is extremely nice (both locations) and they are all patient, professional, and helpful. Trust me when I tell you they can get the job done and you will be pain free, comfortable, and in great hands here. I got a extraction today (crown&tooth broke at the gum) a crown taken off a different tooth, and a tooth prepped for a crown and I feel great! No swelling, Not sore one bit not even from being numbed. Ate grits and eggs right after leaving my appointment.
