The customer service in this store is horrible. My first time coming in, no one greeted me or asked if I needed help with anything for at least 15 minutes. I wanted to try on some shoes, so a gentleman didn’t assist me until I got his attention. I tried on the shoes, and told him I would be back in a few minutes to buy them. After coming back, no one greeted me, once again, so I stood at the counter and waited for someone to assist me. Another African-American gentleman, who works there, saw me and said nothing. I had on a mask, and was dressed appropriately. Also, I have Alopecia, which is a hair loss disorder. I wanted to spend my hard earned money and support this business, but walked out empty-handed. Very disappointed. I was serviced poorly, and this is bad representation for the Black community. I’m not sure if other locations are like this, but I will no longer shop at this establishment....
