Definitely 10/10 recommend going to this place. The owner and her employees were very kind and show lots of care to their clients. I had a recent hockey injury on my upper back and spine area; had major swelling and sharp pain on that area so was treated with one of their hand held “wand” like machine that works on deep tissue inflammation. After only 1 session the pain level went down half way and was asked to return for a 2nd session due to the severity of my injury. After that session, about 90% of the pain and swelling was gone, it fixed my posture, and breathing. Overall great experience with amazing employees. I sprained my ankle and decided to see what I could do to get better fast. I called and had spoke to Dana who had so much advice and knowledge on ways to help . I went today and did local on my ankle and also the normatec which is for blood flow and muscle recovery. I am amazed after one day my ankle is able to move and looks like swelling went down!
