I needed a suit for my sons communion, I ordered from other companies and needed it altered which was a total mess long story. So I went to the Tux Shop basically thinking I was going to rent a suit, well I bought one very reasonably price it was under $80. The two men there helped me out so much, the suit was a perfect fit. After figuring out I was ordering all the wrong sizes and trying on wrong sizes, and paying too much for alterations. The men helped me with all of that, the pants just needed to be hemmed. So I paid for the suit and I was thinking Iâll pick them up the next day or a few days, well the gentlemen said you have about 5-10 minutes, I said yes why, he goes Iâll fix the pants right now. I went from thinking Iâll never found something to leaving within 20-30 minutes with a suit. I totally recommend The Tux Shop in Bayonne. 5 âď¸. I was so upset, but then I was so relieved, I just shouldâve went there first. Will definitely be going back, actually this week for my husband to buy another suit...
Read moreIâve been stressing over finding a Tux to wear to my wedding coming up in a few months.
I visited 2 other places and was unhappy with the selection and service I was given, so I finally decided to check out Tuxedo by Sarno in Bayonne.
All I can say is these guys are the real deal.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the store manager, Tom Black, and could tell Tom was a true professional who takes pride in his craft.
Tom guided me through the whole process with ease, took all of my measurements, and provided invaluable advice on color selection to ensure myself and the groomsmen match up nicely to the bridesmaids which my soon to be wife greatly appreciated too!
Not only that but I could tell Tom has a heart of gold and genuinely cares about you, your wedding, and ensuring you look great.
Do yourself a favor and visit Tuxedo by Sarno first because you wonât have to go visit any...
Read moreI had a disappointing experience at this location (Bayonne, NJ) while getting fitted for a tux for my best friendâs upcoming wedding. The lady (wish I could remember her name to add it) assisting me was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Rather than offering help or guidance, she seemed irritated by my presence and made the entire process uncomfortable and rushed.
When you're dealing with something as important and memorable as a wedding, every client deserves to be treated with courtesy and respectâno matter the day, the time, or how busy things may be. Professionalism should never be optional, especially in a business that relies so heavily on customer service and attention to detail.
I sincerely hope this feedback encourages better treatment of future customers. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one left a lot...
