Manhattan Bagel — Restaurant in Bayonne

I am usually the best at reviewing places... I eat out 3 times a day and usually never even leave reviews unless I absolutely feel others should know about my experience. I ordered online this morning for breakfast, and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had.... First off they disregarded all my requests for sides (sauces, utensils, napkins). secondly, there was barely any steak or egg on the bagels, and the ' omelet wrap' was more wrap than egg or anything, I did not see an omelet... Usually breakfast spots are awesome with packed delicious sandwiches and very generous... I felt like my $27 for 3 breakfast sandwiches should have been less than $6, that's how little food and effort there was..... I am sorry I ever clicked the...

This location has deteriorated into one of the worst in Bayonne. I decided to give Manhattan Bagel another chance today, as it once was a reliable choice for a quick breakfast. Unfortunately, I was thoroughly disappointed. I ordered three breakfast sandwiches and hash browns to go, and every single sandwich was made incorrectly, with either the wrong bagel or missing fillings. To make matters worse, the hash brown was carelessly thrown on top of the sandwiches in the bag, without any wrapper or container. This shows a blatant disregard for quality and customer care from this business. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place. There are plenty of other bagel spots in the area that value...

Ordered delivery from here and called an hour after waiting and was told it should arrive in 5 minutes. After another 30 minutes go by, I call back and the employee says he would call the driver and figure out what the issue was then would be calling me back. I never received a call back, then when I called for the third time, he basically calls me a liar and says the delivery was ordered and wouldn't do anything to refund my order or redeliver. My initial delivery instructions say to call upon arrival, so I know there was never an attempt in the first place. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very rude and would not hear me out at all.
