Second year coming to Titan and all i gotta say is i never leave disappointed! The owners definitely care about their customers. They gave me great advice on sizing and trust them and myself as a customer when i say the quality on the uniforms is unmatched!!!! I have a 5 year old and when she started Pre-K last year (2024) i bought uniform from here and the uniforms are still in perfect condition after countless washing. This is the definition of the price is definitely worth the quality. PLEASE take their advice on how to properly wash and dry the uniforms!! Extremely unprofessional and rude experience. I went to Titan Tactical Gear & Uniforms to buy school uniforms, and not only did they lack inventory, but the owner was disrespectful and dismissive. When I mentioned “the customer is always right,” he said I was wrong and that it’s not true. He became agitated when another customer and I asked a simple question about a patch. He ignored us, raised his tone, and escalated the situation. Their prices are high and the customer service is terrible. We went there to get uniform for kids. It was busy and there were kids around playing. The owner got super angry and frustrated as why the kids are playing. The owner was very disrespectful the way he addressed us even though those were not our kids. I think he should better not be in kids business if he doesn’t like kids playing around.
