There is no comparison to buying appliances from Triangle TV & Appliances to buying appliances at chain stores. Unlike Dave at Triangle, the sales representatives at chain stores are not trained at all in knowing anything about the product they are trying to make a sale on. Instead, they refer to their phones to get the information about the product and then give it to the buyer. On the other hand, Dave is extremely knowledgeable about appliances that he sells. Dave is willing to help his clients until they are satisfied. I purchased a washing machine from him, and I realized after it had been delivered that I preferred a different machine. With no hesitation, Dave ordered the one I preferred, picked up the one that I received, and delivered the new one. Dave will go the extra mile to have his customers happy with what they buy from him. I am very pleased with the washer and air conditioner that I purchased from him. I have had so many problems with appliances that I bought at chain stores. So much so that my one- year-old oven emitted high levels of carbon monoxide. Sold me a refrigerator that doesn’t work November 6,2023 I called in a couple days after receiving the refrigerator it’s been about four weeks I have a refrigerator that don’t work a one year old that I have to keep spending money on fresh milk and ordering out everyday. They told me to call a person to repair its going on three weeks still waiting on them to receive parts, I asked them can I just get a new refrigerator and give this one back and apparently they want me to wait until the technician fixes the issues and if they can’t after three home visits they will offer a new one. This is ridiculous, you would think since they sold me a fridgadair that don’t function they would just replace it with a new one. The fridge was 745.00 and I spent a lot more on take out wish I would have went somewhere else smh DO NOT RECOMMEND kd technician in Jersey city sucks as well…

I'm not sure what some of these bad reviews are about. I only had good experiences with Triangle TV. Dave literally knows everything about appliances. I spoke to other appliance stores when I shopped around, and Dave gives you his time and knowledge. That is trust and that's why I've purchased my appliances here. I've read that people want to support Mom and Pop Shops, but want the Big Box retailer price. People don't understand that that's the opposite of wanting to support Mom and Pop.. Anyway I am leaving this review, because after a year of my last purchase I emailed Dave with a question regarding my Friedrich PTAC A/C Unit regarding servicing and we spoke on the phone for 30-45 minute with an in depth explanation of the function of my unit and what I can expect.
