Still best prices in town. Found photo paper for 3.99, 50 sheets, prints better than my HP advanced stuff!! Great deal! And of course best EVERYDAY prices, not including their great weekly specials. Well, as of 14 Apr 18, it was inevitable that prices would rise and they have!! Averaging 9 items, canned, dairy, cheeses and such, it works out to a 19% increase of items. Yea, I broke them down and took an average. Worked out produce wise same as Rulli Bros. Knew this would happen sooner or later, now about the same as the Walmart on many items. Sad, they now have made an equal playing field and no longer the best deal ALL AROUND anymore. Still good prices, but now a LITTLE MORE than they were. July 2019 update: Have been having a LOT of produce problems with items going moldy or rotting in 2 or 3 days, a lot of tomatoes and others and have taken them back. Be very careful when choosing produce there...
Read moreThis is my first time ever going to an Aldi. I didn't know I needed bags which isn't a biggie but you should be prepared to bring bags or buy them at 10 cents each for their cheaper ones. While in the store I noticed some generic brands that were a little cheaper than their major competitors but the quality was a HUGE difference and the price difference wasn't huge. It was actually just an average grocery store but it did have products other stores didn't have. They did have Keto bread there and other keto diet products which is awesome if you are looking for that kind of food. All in all an enjoyable experience but I really didn't save any real money by...
Read moreIt's not a perfect store, but I can usually find great bargains if I look hard enough. For example I recently bought cans of sliced peaches in juice at Walmart for $2.42 (DelMonte), Aldi had their store brand for $1.39! I saved $1.03 a can! I'm going back to get several more as I'm currently stocking up to fill my pantry. Their produce is usually cheaper here at Aldi's as well. I also buy some of my condiments there as I swear some of them are pretty much the exact same as the name brand but way cheaper. I am careful on what I buy here as I like to read reviews before I buy something I'm unfamiliar with. I've been happy on most of the things I've bought and I love...
