Verizon — Local services in Bazetta Township

Very dissatisfied with this business. Sales reps seemed very friendly and helpful but were, actually, covertly ripping us off. Let on like phone cases and screen protectors were free of charge and just bundled in with the phones, they were not. Let on like it was better to go to them and not a corporate store because they helped "set-up" the phones as a part of customer service, not true. It's $25 a phone for their help and the cases and screen protectors were full price. Also, tried to act like it was a great deal because we got 10% off, but we get that anyway. We asked to return the cases, but were told that wasn't possible because the packages were already opened. Yes, opened by them and put onto our phones. Shady and sneaky, just go somewhere...

This guy knowingly sells and installs the wrong screen protectors and then says no refunds. His solution is to defraud the manufacturer of the screen protector and utilize the warranty. He charges $59.99 +tax for pure.gear steel 360 screen protectors and it will cost me an additional $12.95 +tax to file a warranty claim and have the proper one sent to me.
