Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Bazetta Township

This Chipotle is terrible. I have never experienced this degree of horrendous service at any other Chipotle for the 10 years I have been a loyal customer and I have lived in 4 different cities across 4 different states. Usually Chipotle gets me more full and satisfied than any other restaurant, but for this place it is the exact opposite.

A pro tip to anyone who wants a decent meal: Go to the Niles Chipotle.

This place in Cortland will mess up your order at least half of the time. I am not kidding. They will either forget an item or add something you did not order. This has happened the last 4 times my girlfriend and I have ordered there. We are so sick of ordering from the Cortland Chipotle that we have exclusively been ordering from the Niles location.

The last straw was when we ordered a quesadilla that came with no cheese (obviously it wasn't ordered that way). At that point, I should be able to sue them for false-advertising. A quesadilla with no cheese is just a dilla and that doesn't even make sense or sound tasty so why couldn't they just put some darn cheese in the tortilla?

Today, unfortunately, we were forced to receive an order from this location because location choice is not an option via Doordash orders.

I ordered extra corn salsa and pico on my burrito bowl and got LESS than what a normal scoop would behold.

I also wanted to try out the new smoked brisket (my girlfriend and I find the Zuckerberg meme funny), but that bowl only came with a tiny portion of meat concentrated on one side of the bowl. We paid $10 for that and I totally regret it! Zuck would be so ashamed if he knew about this. If I were him, I would take away Chipotle's rights to smoke meats after this fiasco.

TLDR; Do not go to this Chipotle if you care about the precision of your order. If you enjoy Russian Roulette, you will love how this Chipotle...

So went into this location last night about 7.30pm. Leaving wal-mart hungary decided to stop. We walk in myself and aunt. The whole sit down eating area there. Was full with customer waiting on their online orders. Ok so we are waiting to order. We finally get up there to order. The whole display case was a MESS...Ok. Then we still proceed to order then we get told. THERE IS A WAIT ON STEAK AND BROWN RICE for 5 mins. SO THEN WHEN THEY BROUGHT THE ITEMS UP THAT WE WERE WAITING ON THE STEAK WAS REALLY PINK AND THE RICE WAS REALLLLY OVER COOKED. WE ASKED YOU GUYS DONT PREP FOR THE DAY? THE RESPONSE WAS WE DONT HAVE ENOUGH EMPOLYEES. WE WERE TREATED RUDELY ABOUT EVEYTHING BY THE TWO GIRLS RUNNING THE FRONT. ONE OF THEM COMPETELY WALKED AWAY FROM US AS WE WERE TRYING TO ORDER. THEN THE OTHER GIRLS TAKES OVER BEING VERY RUDE AS WELL. THEN I ASKED THE ONE RUNNING THE REGISTER WHAT WAS BOTH OF THEIR NAMES. HER RESPONSE WAS I DONT HAVE TO GIVE U MY NAME. DEFINITELY SHOULD THINK ABOUT NAME TAGS FOR THIS REASON. USUALLY GO TO THE ONE IN NILES NEVER ANY ISSUES. WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT CHIPOTLE. ALSO THE CREW WAS ALL YOUNG KIDS THAT DIDNT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THEIR JOB AT ALL. WITH NO UPPER MANGEMENT THERE. WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANGER OR SUPERVISOR WAS TOLD THERE IS NO ONE HERE LIKE THAT. I SAID OH OK. IF U HAVE CAMERAS AT THIS LOCATION MAYBE MANAGEMENT SHOULD GO BACK AND REVIEW HOW HORRIABLE THIS PLACE LOOKED LIKE AROUND 7:30PM NOVEMBER 2ND. HOPEFULLY THESE ISSUES GET RESOVLED SOONER THEN...

Extremely disappointed with our recent order at Chipotle. We ordered two Chicken al Pastor Burritos—mine was to have double the chicken, costing an extra 50%, and my wife’s included the standard amount of meat with added veggies. Despite paying a premium and even leaving a tip with our $60 order, the quality severely lacked. My burrito was mostly white rice; finding chicken felt like searching for a needle in a haystack, completely undermining the reason for ordering double meat. My wife’s burrito was no better, with barely any chicken until the final few bites. It’s unacceptable to receive such subpar meals when extra charges and tips are supposed to ensure enhanced quality and satisfaction.
