5.11 — Local services in Beaumont

We have never had a negative experience at this store until today. Today the beaumont 5.11 had two employees working, one lady and one man. I stood at the register for several minutes, walked around where the lady was sitting on the floor working with her headphones in. She said nothing to me. The man walked out and I was able to ask him if they could get us the item we were looking for. He did some searching and went to the back and couldn’t find what we needed. He offered to order for us. Finally at this point the lady asks rudely what we are needing. She did get up and go look for the ones that they thought was in stock. She came back later and said nothing, he asked, they didn’t have them. I told him what i wished to order and ship from another store. She loudly states you can’t do that those are clearance items. I asked if the ones from the other store could be transferred… no reply.. i asked again no reply. I asked a third time still no reply. The man wrote down what we could order ourselves and we left.

Not accomodating. They were cordial but not accomodating. Everything I requested they didn’t have. They don’t carry larger sizes. The customer service rep said if there was something that they usually carry but they don’t have, she won’t order it and told me to order it myself.
