The new breakfast brunch eatery, the Twisted Egg Shack displays warmth and freshness from the moment you walk in. Large windows flood the space with natural light, reflecting off the crisp white/beige walls adorned with attractive neon signs, and each table accented with bright yellow flowers that adds a soft, comfy touch. The open floor plan features a mix of cozy tables, inviting both solo diners and small groups to linger and visit. The clean, modern creative decor is complemented by a menu that is full of local favorites along with brand new must try items. Dishes like avocado toast on sourdough bread , fluffy waffles topped with seasonal fruit, and brunch bowls are presented beautifully. The Shack Tots are a favorite. One order was enough for hubby and I to share. Let me not forget to mention they offer healthy low carb, gluten free options, along with salads and build your own (BYO) omelette. For drinks they offer coffee, flavored teas, OJ and their famous mimosas with a twist. The vibe is friendly and relaxed, attentive and smiling staff await to serve you. I saw and met the Owner Bret Baumgartner, who was observed going from table to table to greet and make sure everyone was satisfied with their order. He was even caught cleaning tables and directing staff to make SURE you received the BEST service possible. John Carter, a local DJ and On-line personally was also there doing a live for Best Bites. Our server/waitress was Brandie, and she made sure all of our table needs were met. Twisted Egg Shack is designed to be a place where you can start your day with a bright, fresh perspective, offering a blend of comfort and deliciousness in every detail. It is Best Bites approved. Make sure you try them soon.

4 stars. First time in. We have a large truck, so for us... parking was "tight." No biggie, though. We entered in and were greeted after looking at the nenu for about one minute. We were told how the restaurant worked, so we took our menues to a table looked over them then ordered at the front desk. Our food came out quickly. We got a frozen rose memosa that I loved. The price for the size was a tad off for me. I would have been more comfortable with about...2 dollars less or a larger cup. My freckled lemonade was just okay. Maybe because I was expecting it to be tangy like lemonade normal is. My avocado toast was really good. Salt and pepper on the table. I added pepper because I love pepper and could have added salt.. but choose not to. It's not a big deal for me, though. My husband's food to me was excellent. He thought it was a good portion and flavorful. Despite the other review saying the chicken lacked flavor. Maybe it was just their chicken because ours was good. We did find, unfortunately, some plastic wrap in our food. We informed Ashley so that she could correct or inspect the kitchen. We never expect food comp when we inform management, but that is what we got. We are appreciative, that's not why we do it. We really enjoyed the place, and occurrences like that could stop patronage. All staff was happy and friendly. It's small inside, which I kinda liked. Because the kitchen won't get overloaded. Outdoor seating with umbrellas and a drive-through. So...4 stars forth price being slightly higher than I would have liked and the plastic. We will definitely be back. Just a nit pick. I dont care for plastic flowers on the table. (Just not my thing)

For anyone who wants to go BEWARE! It’s an order at the counter and find a seat establishment! Best bet is to get a menu and find a seat then have someone at your party sit while you order. This was our 3rd try! We ultimately decided to go during the week at around 9.xxam and it wasn’t too busy! This time it was clean. All the front of the house ladies were congregating around the drink machines behind the register drinking and laughing. Kitchen staff fast at work and manager with them helping. I only gave service a 3 ⭐️ because the only interaction had was ordering and the to-go plates being dropped off. No one was walking around and checking in the patrons. My son ordered and was given a number to put on the table. We ordered what you see below (crispy chicken bagel and tater tot bowl). They come out fast and fresh! For what was pictured it cost $25.xx. You’re served your food in paper to-go plates. My son enjoyed his bagel, he said it had a good flavor and was cooked very well, but was very messy and oily. So get extra napkins! My tater tot bowl was okay. The breakfast sausage were very dense so it involved some chewing. The sauce on top was yummy! The eggs had a liquid egg taste to them. But the amount of grease that waited at the bottom of my bowl was not good. We got another to-go bowl to put at the bottom and a lid so as not to get it on my vehicle. I hope they succeed! You all should at least give them a try.

Best place in town. The food is great, the service is excellent, and everyone inside tries their best to make sure you enjoy what you're given. Staff doesn't hover over you constantly, just gives you time to enjoy your meal, and they take everything quite seriously if there's an issue. The owner and managers very clearly care about everything being a success—they are confident their food is good, but will happily accept criticism. The ladies at the counter are all kind, and most of them are very sweet and excited to see you if you're a regular. It's SO clean, even the bathrooms sparkle. A perfect storm of great food and good service will make this place outshine everywhere else in Beaumont. It's replaced IHOP for me and my husband in our regular restaurant rotation for take out or dine in.

As far as the food goes? Oh my god. They make everything to order, from scratch, and even the stuff they don't scratch make is delicious. Their pico is homemade every day, and they have two kinds!! Their citrus jam is delicious. Their tomatillo sauce is freshly blended and chunky and so flavorful that I wish I could take a jar of it home with me and stick it on everything. Their tater tots are HASH BROWNS made with cheese and chives and sour cream!!! They season everything perfectly. They're GREAT with drinks; their sweet tea is apricot flavored! They have some of the best buffalo chicken sauce I've ever had, and I found out completely by accident because it doesn't feature heavily on the menu. Their coffees are great, the flavored ones are tasty, and I love their choice of brand for hot teas! There's nothing...
