I had a appointment today at GEEK SQUAD for 2:20 pm I showed up on time but was confused on where to go because I’ve never been there before I made it to the counter at 2:25 and was told that my appointment was canceled and that I had to reschedule or wait until 2:40 to see if the next customer will show up so I could take their spot this made absolutely no since because I was already there and the guy was not busy at all he walked to the back and left me standing there until 2:45 i asked him why did I have to wait until 2:40 for someone else’s appointment to be canceled when he could’ve just took care of me when I walked in (I only needed a quote) he got very rude with me and told me if I didn’t stop asking him questions he would not be able to help me because he have a 3:00 appointment.
