I went yesterday to have a full set of nails and pedicure for me and my 2 daughters. The experience was not what it normally is. I drive an hour to use this salon because the ones in my home town are not as good. We started with pedicures. The gentleman that did mine started out great, but then got distracted. Then he was all over the place leaving me sitting in the chair half done with the pedicure while he was all over the store. I had told him that me and my two daughters wanted nails as well as pedicures. Another employee came and got my two daughters and took them to get their nails done. I still sat there waiting for him to return to finish my pedicure. We got to the end, he had painted half of my toes, then disappeared again. FINALLY he came back quickly finished the one coat of nail polish on my toes and led me off to the table to dry them. After about 15 minutes he came back and said to go to the manicure table for my nails. I sat next to one of my daughters. I waited 20 minutes for her nails to be finished then the lady doing her nails cleaned up and walked off. No one was up front for the next 15 minutes while I waited for someone to come do my nails. Finally another employee came to cash someone out. I said "excuse me, did he not let you know I wanted my nails done as well?" She apologized immediately and went and got someone. I showed them the picture of the ombre nails I wanted and told her I wanted dipped nails. She started. We got part way through and then she asked me to pick a color. I showed her the picture and said "this is what I want". She told me they could not do ombre on dipped nails. It says on the website they can, and if they could not, why didn't she tell me and I would have went with whatever I needed for the ombre nails. So by the end of it I paid 55 dollars for a pedicure that I did not receive all of and 55 dollars for a set of nails that is not what I wanted. However. The nails do look nice and bothe my dauggters' nails look amazing. It was not at all what I expected or have received from this business...
Read moreI love Dream Nails. I normally get my nails done in Houston, but I was visiting Beaumont and searched for a nail shop. I needed an acrylic overlay on my nails and a pedicure. I am very picky about my nails and feet, but I'm definitely not an annoying, nagging client. I normally just let the ladies do what they do. If I like it, I'll return. If I don't, I will not.
This establishment is very clean and well put together. The decorations are pretty, as well as the wall art. There are a plethora of different brand nail polish and colors to choose from. The massage chairs are comfortable, and I didn't feel any metal rods poking my butt, which means they are not worn out. Nice and cushioning.
I was greeted with smiles. Everyone who works there is very welcoming and friendly. My nail techs were Lisa and Anna. I read positive reviews (Google), looked at several pics, and chose them. Lisa is young, very talented, and pays close attention to detail. Anna (Lisa's Mom) is amazing, as well, and takes her time to make sure your pedicure is perfect. I really like that they ask you if you are alright and if you like it, throughout the process. They will fix anything you don't like but I assure you you'll be satisfied. I will return. Thank you so...
Read moreI’ve been coming here for pedicures the 8 years I’ve lived in Beaumont and the quality is always hit or miss, but decent 90% of the time and the customer service for pedicures is always top notch… but I recently decided to get a manicure after my pedicure, which I never do and it was an instant regret. The guy that started seemed annoyed that I was there giving them my money and a woman had to come in and redo one hand that he did. I didn’t actually even get the manicure that I paid for, just put the shellac on and sent me on my way while she was already on the next customer before I was done under the lamp. One nail was not totally cured so I had polish all over my hands going home, as well as pieces of my skin stuck to the shellac and the “manicure” didn’t even last a week before the shellac was peeling off in whole pieces. Spent over $100 after a tip that wasn’t even earned and already need my nails redone less than a week later. I used to recommend this place to anyone who asked but I think there are far better places to get your nails...
