I made an appointment for me and my friend for 2 pedicures and we both wanted acrylic nails. I made my appointment on a Wednesday and the Friday that we got there they were packed! We were seated in the pedicure chairs and the water was turned on we set there for a good 45 minutes before someone came to do our toes.. By that time the water was freezing and no one had even talked to us since we were seated. As I am sitting there getting my toes done I notice that nail techs are working on other woman that had just got there instead of the people that made an appointment. The woman that did our toes did an amazing job but when we were seated to get our nails done things went down hill. We showed our nail lady’s our inspiration pictures and we told them it was for our prom. My friends nail tech hurt her finger so bad to the point where it was sore 3 days later! She also told me that she felt uncomfortable because she could tell her nail tech was talking bad about her to the other nail tech next to her. My nails were NOTHING like my inspiration picture and I was extremely upset with the way they turned out considering I had prom the next day and I spent well over $100. As we were checking out she could Find my ticket and decided to charge me a random amount. When I asked for a receipt she gave me a piece of paper that she wrote “nails $55 pedicure $40” What makes me extremely upset is I go here constantly and I always have had a great experience this time it was horrible enough that I will not be going back. I’m not sure if it was because they could tell we were high school students and didn’t care or if it was because we made an appointment and they wanted to make sure to pack as many people in as they could. I will not spend my money at a place who is going to judge high school students. I hope y’all enjoy your tips but don’t look for me to come back. You should never judge a high school student especially because this certain high school student owns two business and doesn’t mind over paying for your nails when I can go to a nail salon down the street and pay $30. I highly do NOT recommend the nail bar to anyone and if you are looking at going...
Read moreI made an appt early when they opened for the last appt with Sophie She is the best I've had since I moved here . I showed up on time and they had someone sitting in my appointment seat barley taking off her nail polish. The owner said something to Sophie then looks at me and asked me if I had an appt. Um yes But you know what I'll do a pedicure so that Sophie isn't rushed. I looked at the owner and asked her if she can let the tech know I'm Diabetic and to please take care of my feet . Please don't stick me. I don't do pedicures for that reason. Im was being accommodating. The technician then came and sat in front of me. Put a towel up to block her face so I didn't see anything and she was laughing with the owner. Needless to say the technician stuck me with cuticle scissors between my toe nail and skin. I pulled my foot back and let the technician know I was diabetic she can't do that. I should have walked out then, but I kept on going. Sophie was done with the person that took my appointment. She started my nails everyone around me was leaving and cleaning up the lights were turned off so my nails were being done in the dark and Sophie was using a desk lamp. The owner passed by and I had asked her did you tell the pedicure technician that I was diabetic she looked at me funny and she said well you could have said something. I was taken back. Now I have to look for another nail artist. It's a shame I really...
Read morethe first time i went- i asked for french toes & im normally not the type to say anything if they mess up or if im not satisfied. my mom was with me and let them know it wasn’t what i asked for ( she had painted them white by this point and was trying to add another coat). a lot of the girls came around and one girl in particular was being very rude to me. cool - she ended up doing them french very crooked but i just went with it and knew not to go back for toes. then- i went and got my eyebrows done by them. they did a good job so i went back today. when i walked in the girl who was rude to me looked me up and down and told the girl that i was there for eyebrows but gave me the nastiest look. i sat down waited and when i went back there she completely took off one side and messed it allll up. i’ve been told by SO many people that my eyebrows are perfect to do and so easy to work on. i just recently moved here & just went for convenience since someone had recommended me them & it’s close in town. NEVER will i go back nor will i be recommending them to anyone. rude & do a poor job at every thing they do for business-
i’d like to add that i now have a big mark above my eye because she waxed it multiple times to where my skin came off! so now i have crooked eyebrows and missing skin. i could’ve been perfectly content just doing them myself versus being treated rudely & ending up with...
