Native Roots Marijuana Dispensary Vail MED/REC — Local services in Beaver Creek

Worst dispensary in Vail. They used to run specials all the time but rarely do anymore, after the pandemic this place has fallen off. Recently they ran a holiday special for 25% off everything, as advertised through their own website. When I went to the store the staff was clueless of this. I showed them the special on my phone but the representative acted confused and said "I'll ask my manager". He goes into a back room and without evening acknowledging or greeting me the manager yells from the back room "NO SPECIALS" and scoffs out loud (like I'm inconveniencing him). He didn't even come out of the back room luz... I ended up leaving without a purchase and waisted my time. The staff seem uninformed, rude, and/or intoxicated which leads to a bad overall experience. Native Roots in house made products use chemicals to genetically modify the THC content, NOT ORGANIC. Do yourself a favor and go to High Country Healing or Rocky Road if in Vail, much...

I have lived in the Valley for many years and I have shopped at Native Roots because they are less than $30 an eighth for locals. Plus they have a late night store is Frisco.

Well I had a budtender, Jamie I believe her name was, at the Frisco store who charged me more than $32 for an eighth. I wouldn't typically complain yet I drove from Vail in the rain to snag bud. And I couldn't afford the extra up charge on bud as I normally pay under $30 for an eighth in Vail and I had brought just enough. If eighths were over $30 normally, I wouldn't be shopping here. I would be going to Rocky Road where 1/8s are $30 flat out the door for locals.

So, I was super disappointed in my latest experience at Native Roots. If you experience this as well at the Frisco store, Organix in Breck is open...

Went back after being disappointed from a few years back.. I called and asked what specials there were, I was told it was buy 4 grams of concentrate and I get a penny joint. Sweet! I was told by the cashier when I got there that this is only a special deal and not something advertised. Wait what? Lol.. anyway they honored it I was happy with the strains but to be honest it's the same ones they have had for years. If I hadn't been away for so long I'd be upset by the selection. I used to only go here when things went rec. Now I basically never go. I didn't want to leave a 1 star review because I know how bad that can affect the rating and these guys aren't trash.
