Will share why I'm giving only 2 stars... I'm a soon to be bride and this place was my 2nd dress trial. My first dress trial I had was at another dress place, I had to make an appointment and it was just me when I went there. I had to make an appointment for this place as well so I assumed since I had to make an appt. It would just be me at the appt. Wrong I walked in and there were a bunch of people there. Was then told that only brides have to make appts and the time I picked is a really busy time. Being that it was busy the bridal dress room that was supposed to be mine was taken by another person buying a prom dress. It eventually freed up and I was able to go in but being that I made an appt was already a negative. Not that this would bother other woman but the other concern I had there were 2 gentlemen sitting outside dressing room where I would be going out to stand in front of mirror. For me that was a bit uncomfortable being in a bigger dress and my bra is showing and going in front of others like that. The owner was friendly and all but attention was not fully on me or the other bride that was there. At times I would have to wait while she was giving attention to other people. Please note I was told by all other bridal shops I've gone to that the more design at bottom of dress would cost more in alterations and this Owner tried to tell me otherwise. I'm not a seamstress but I knew what she was trying to tell me wasn't true, I have more common sense than that.. was just not a good experience at all...I know dress places sell other dress besides bridal dress but same standards should be set. A bride finding a dress is a huge deal and when we make an appt. It should just be us at the appt. Getting the attention. Also note I had another dress trial planned and the owner said since others are not required to make an appt and the time I had that original appt. Was supposed to be around 1230 she said thats a really busy time and suggest we push my appt. To later when it's less busy since brides are not a high priority to this shop. No worries I have found a beautiful dress some where else but even if I didn't I still wouldn't go back. I don't recommend this shop...

STAY AWAY!!!!! To start out with trying on dresses the owner kept bring me dresses I wasn't asking for, later realized it was because I was looking for less expensive dresses... but what ever. I still found a dress I loved. We ordered it in October and paid in full for it then! She told me it should be in around February, okay. March I had TO CALL HER, she couldn't find my order at first! Then told me it would be in in a coupld weeks still. It did come in within the next couple weeks. Well we go for my fitting and to pick up the dress. Tried it on, it was so tight. That was weird because I asked her to order a size UP from the store model, even said a size up on my order from. It was a SIZE DOWN!!! The owner then told they ran out of the size I wanted, and that is what happens when you short term order things.... we DIDNT short term order it! We ordered it 4 almost 5 months ago! Long story short after lie after lie round about talking we finally would get the truth in all the lies. She had FORGOT to order my dress. Then was going to charge us to alter the wrong size dress she ordered!! Why would I ever let her touch a dress when every seamstress would know to order up then... The Owner the one I worked with never said sorry once! To top it all off the new belt I ordered she had openned and had it out for customers to us! I have never dealt with someone who ran a business who would lie repeatedly and never once apologize for anything. So now with less then 2 months I don't have a dress! I would never suggest this place to anyone. Luckily I want a simple dress so hopefully will find one still. I would never wish this on any...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! The owner tried to push my sister into getting a more expensive dress then she wanted. Still she found a dress she loved. The owner said that it would be in in about 3.5 months. About four months later without hearing anything we called. The owner said that it would be another couple of weeks. Well a month later we go in and she had ordered the wrong size! She said it was because we ordered with short notice (which we didn’t since it had been four months). After multiple times trying to lie she eventually told the truth that she had forgotten to order it and didn’t order until we had called the couple weeks ago. She also lied originally and said she didn’t know they were sending the size down. Eventually she told the truth that she ordered the size down since they didn’t have the correct size in stock. So she knew about the size problem long before we came in and chose not to tell us. Long story short it’s now two months from the wedding and my sister has no dress to wear. Please no one go here! Warn your friends and family! The owner is a liar and tried to get even more money in alterations that would make the dress look terrible with a stripe down the side. She has all one star reviews on the knot right now so I can’t believe that this is just a...
