Many areas and individual things are misorganized here, but with the overpricing that clothing comes with it’s worth it to sort through the piles and hangers to get a decent price.
I have had ridiculous experiences in the past, but I recently wanted to return something, and crossed my fingers. There were no questions or hiccups, like not letting me pay for items and giving them to me for free(!?), returning just worked.
The funny thing is, with style being available before a season begins, getting shorts in the summertime with discounts works quite conveniently. Don’t be a fashionista - getting clothing at the beginning of a season will be super cheap.
edit: I left a review partially because of finding the return of two pairs of shorts was easy. Sadly, the third pair of shorts I wore for a few weeks and they were so cheap that a few weeks was all it took for them to start falling apart! Read moreTerrible costumer service at this store. I used to work at Nordstrom Rack and main store and it seems like their store manager need to teach their employees some costumer service. I spent lot of money at this store, because it's close to my work and it seems like their customer service gone down big time in the last year. I bought a jacket when their return policy was 90 days, but never had a chance to wear it. I tried to retuned it within those 90 days with a receipt and tags, but the girl at the register did not want to honor that. She said their return policy changed to 45 days and she wouldn't even give me a store credit. Today I had to exchange NEW PJ with the receipt, but I no tags for bunch of other stuff and the girl at the front register nagged me about it. OMG, are they are for real??? I am returning $50 item and buying $877 worth of stuff and she is giving me hard time about the tags????? I almost walked out with out buying anything. What happened to Nordstrom Rack? Read moreI asked one the employees on the floor if there were anymore of a particular jacket that I wanted - there was only one left on the rack and it wasn't my size. She took the jacket and said that she would check for me. She checked back in with me and said that there was one other one in the store and she'd look for it. Low and behold, she found it, and it was the correct size! Honestly, I was shocked that she put that much effort into it. Usually store employees just say, "everything is out on the floor" or "there's nothing in stock, what you see is all there is." These kinds of statements make me feel put-off, like they just don't want to take the time to look. It did take some time for her to find it, but well worth it! The jacket was amazing, and I must say, looked fab on me (not much does anymore)! Anyway, she went above and beyond and I really appreciated it!
