This review is for Tekology Employee Casey and Casey alone. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service of his supervisors. I manage a dispensary and must keep this place secure to protect my employees, the public, and the product that lives inside the building, and after about a week of hearing nothing concerning my very serious issues arming the facilities, Casey reached out to me. He personally took my calls, fielded my questions, and dropped by in person to take care of everything. Not only that, he followed up afterwards to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of alarm wise. The measure of a company is not when everything goes right, but what the company does when things go wrong.
