Boom Crepes — Restaurant in Tigard

We, my two kids and I love these crepes. This being our first time trying crepes at Boom crepes, no expecting much, since it's at a mall, we tried the Mango creme brule and #8, the one with ice cream, oreo and a waffer stick. To our surprise it was very delicious, not overly sweet, a little nutty, the crepes were slightly crunchy and chewy, which are great combo. The ice cream doesn't taste store bought, but nutty and delicious. We will definitely crave crepes at this place and will come back for more. One star was taken off for service because cashier seems so serious and didn't seem to like her job. Also, there's no seating around so we had to go look for a place to sit, which wasn't a problem since it was a weekday, but on the weekend, I'm sure customers would love to have...

Don't like the texture of the crepe and the owner messaged me on social media to tell me I should't express my own feelings and I should appreciate how hard they work. Funny.

Update: The star is about the food as well. The crepe is soft and thick so if you like chewing gum this will be your favorite food. Like I mentioned, this is just my personal preference but the owner is trying teach me what is good or not. And obviously the owner doesn't consider after sale service/communication should be considered in reviews. Lessons learned.

Can’t believe I never reviewed this place. This hands down has my favorite crepe in Oregon. Especially #25 the veggie crepe.

The crunchy cheese with avocado and their pesto sauce. Heaven.👌🏻 I’ve tried their snow white, salmon crepe and crème brûlée crepe. Delicious as well but imo (not exaggerating) nothing will beat the veggie crepe, it’s so good I need to stop and try their other crepes again lol
