Fantastic customer service from Nicholas Grady at this store! We saw a couch we really liked, had to go home to think about, then called back a few days later. He remembered exactly who we were, what we wanted, and how to get it to us with reasonable delivery cost.

When the couch arrived, it was in great shape. A few weeks later, a piece of it broke due to a manufacturing issue. Nicholas jumped right on it to get a new one swapped out for free. The manufacturer must have had an issue with this particular model, because the same thing happened again, and Nicholas AGAIN saved the day.

It's a true mark of a good company when the people there are enthusiastic to help, especially when things go wrong. I know it must be discouraging to handle issues like this beyond anyone's control. The problems we had with this particular couch were no fault of CORT, but Nicholas and the CORT team are the ones who stepped up to make it right. I would absolutely recommend...

Renting furniture from them turned out to be a huge nightmare. My husbands company was paying for this temporarily as we wait for our things to make it here, but we had to jump through so many hoops to make it happen. Then, without consulting us, they changed the date we would receive our furniture. Apparently we were going to get to sleep on the floor the first night. Got a couple couches here and a nice arm chair for under $500. They have some good deals from what I saw. Almost grabbed a kitchen table set even though I didn’t need one. Stuff is used but in good shape and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Not pushy at all like some furniture stores where they work on commissions. They also helped load everything which was nice. They don’t deliver but they had 2 services which could. They also had some good office furniture. I definitely recommend if you’re ok with lightly used furniture.
