A generally well maintained park with a variety of recreational opportunities. There are trails for pedestrians and bicycles, play and exercise structures, a disc golf course, benches, and one area had picnic tables. Outhouses are available in the area with tables. A sign indicated that permanent restrooms are going to be built. The trails are paved. Trail intersections are marked with direction and distance to roads. Dogs on leash are allowed. Trash cans and dog waste bags are provided. Pavement is cracked and lifted in places. The trails are popular with bicycles so pedestrians need to watch for them. The trails pass through open mowed grass/weed areas, riparian woodland and oak woodland. Trails are subject to flooding. One area of trail was flooded even in August. There is evidence of beaver activity in the wetlands. We saw a green heron and a variety of songbirds. There is a lot of wetlands and woodlands protected as habitat. No parking was found. We parked in an adjacent...

There are a few Port A Potties placed along the trails. Conditions vary and usage is often limited to...

Disc golf holes were scattered all over the place, and we saw at least 4 playground areas.
It's not as secluded as we expected (lots of backyards of houses were a few yards from a lot of the paved trails).
All in all, this is a great place to just go for a walk, get the kids outside or use the sports courts and 9 hole disc...
