My fiancé proposed to me with his late grandmother’s ring & although beautiful, it had several scratches, a crack in the band, and really needed a good polish & resizing to fit me. Since it’s an older ring the first jewelry store we took it to told us no, it was too old & not worth their time. Thankfully Royal Jewelry was more than happy to help us. Arthur is the Owner & Jeweler and he & his family are so very kind! Arthur took the time to make sure I picked the right size, said he could fix the crack, resize it, remove all the scratches, and make the ring really shine! My fiancé & I were blown away at Arthur’s AMAZING work!! The ring looks brand new!!! I still can’t believe it! It’s going to look so good for our engagement photos! Arthur had the ring ready in only 2 days! & his pricing was very very fair! I loved my experience with Arthur & Royal Jewelry!! I will definitely be a returning customer. I can’t wait to go back! During our trip to Greece, we bought a simple ring from a peddler for our daughter. She adored it and wore it constantly, but unfortunately, it broke within a few months. We took the broken ring to Arthur at Royal Jewelry, hoping he could recreate it. Brought my watch in for resizing today, owner said he could do it. He eyeballed three or four links, Told me it would be $70 (most I’ve ever paid for a resize in my whole life). Then he did the resize while I waited. He brought the watch out and I tried it on and said it was too big.

He said he would not take it in another link. He said it would be too tight. I told him the watch spins on my wrist, a watch should not do that. He said in the summer it would expand?? I explained I’ve lost weight lately and it made the watch big in the first place, therefore in the future, it’s not going to get tighter. It’s going to get looser, and I would rather him just bring it in one more link. He told me he still won’t do it.

This total experience was maybe five minutes. He made it seem like he didn’t have time to take it back for another link Even though he charged me $70….
