3 stars because there's no shade. The entire play area is in the sun. Which is ok for a day that isn't super hot with the sun blaring down on u and burning ur 3 year old. Theres no restrooms, only one piece of blacktop that dead ends. There are trees to sit under and a few tables under shade, but no wind really. I found it to be just plain hot! Even sitting under a tree. The previous photos made it look bigger and it had more concrete...also thought the play area was bigger. Google says it gets busy around certain times...thats only because there's a bus stop right in front of it. And they dont go into the play area. It's soft and spongy, providing adequate protection in case of a fall. It has a couple of picnic tables for those inclined to picnic.
