Coffee Rush — Restaurant in Beaverton

I’m giving it two stars because I have had good coffee here on two occasions but on the evening of Thursday, November 10 my sister and I were on the way to the Lizzo concert and thought we’d get a treat. So spending $16 on two drinks plus a five dollar tip just as a reference point we got a large Matcha latte and a small Sugar-free pumpkin latte and when I tell you they tasted like the bottom of a coffee trashcan I am not exaggerating. We both took one sip and spit it out. Both drinks are left completely full. I have never in my life had anything so bad I don’t even know how it could have been made that bad unless she just use old coffee, water and possibly spit in it. I’m still sort of in shock about it to the extent I still have the two full cups of coffee in the garage because I wanted to see what was in it. Disappointing doesn’t even cover...

I changed my review because the manager Rachel reached out to me to make it right! Not only that but sometimes I don’t go there for weeks and she still remembers my order and knows me by name, even with a mask on! She’s a gem of a manger for sure and because of that and her addressing the problem, I’ll continue to go here!!! ❤️

I usually love this place and this specific location but this morning was super disappointing. I asked for a white Mocha with a little brown sugar cinnamon not too sweet, the lady kept saying ‘ok so a White Cinnabon mocha’ to which I responded yes I guess but not too sweet! This is the closest coffee drive-thru next to me, so it is a convenient way to grab a latte on my way into work. However, the drinks are always way too sweet. The girls working here aren’t overtly friendly or outgoing, as if the act of making my drink is somehow an inconvenience. Today, I grabbed a latte on the fly and they gave me a piping hot cup without a sleeve. Every time I’ve come here, which has been plentiful, I’ll admit, there is always something unfortunate about the experience. Despite how close they are, it makes more sense to go somewhere better. I’m only giving this place two stars because there’s never a line and the service is quick...
