I had first known about Shree fashions back in November 2023 during a Diwali fair. I bought a saree and my blouse was supposed to come in a matter of 2 weeks+. However due to unforseen circumstances out of control of the owners of Shree fashion, the blouse didn't come.

The owner was very kind and honest. She immediately called and informed me about the situation. I exchanged for another saree and I'm extremely satisfied about the customer service. I was in a pinch and needed a couple of outfits for an out of town wedding that was coming up in a few days. My concerns were all taken care of, I was assisted with my outfit that I had put together on my own on how to best wear it and left with two beautiful and comfortable pieces. Plus I was given a name and number for a very slight adjustment and with a call she had me set up with an appointment and it was taken care of in minutes.
