Grocery store: you can find almost everything related to Indian grocery in this store. Prices are generally higher in all grocery stores so no surprises there. The place is located on 1st floor and has accessible entrance. Ample free parking is available even though the space is quite packed. It is possible you might not find a spot to park depending on how busy it can get. Fresh vegetable section can get disappointing sometimes as it is not fresh. You can get almost all the spices, they have a good collection of snacks. Not a lot many options in frozen section. I can recommend this place if you are looking for an Indian grocery store.

Restaurant: this place has a small restaurant inside. The restaurant gets quite busy on weekends. Seating is available for 10-15 people. Food was okay at reasonable cost. They also had options for street foods and sweets. I tried their coffee and that was good.

Restrooms: restrooms were available in the store. Staff were nice and responsive. Average wait time on weekend was 15...

We've tasted vegetable and goat biryani here; they were amongst the best biryani that we have tasted in the U.S. They could improve on the following services: we tried calling them on a Saturday to make a telephone order atleast 5 times. Either some one responds and puts us on hold or we get a message "phone service available." When I tried to inform this issue to an employee at the restaurant, he brushed it off. His response did not give much confidence that this issue will be resolved anytime soon. Their restrooms were in a deplorable condition. The restaurant is located within the same space as the grocery store and you don't get privacy if you decide to eat the food in the restaurant. Horrible, careless and unhygienic service!!!! I had a very bad experience with my recent order. I got an open frozen package and upon calling the owner he agreed to refund back and asked me to send it back with the same delivery person. Upon following up about the refund the owner is denying about the refund and not even bothered to follow up on my request. By far the worst and irresponsible service I have ever experienced from apna bazaar. The merchant in the first place he didn't agree to take back and after mentioning that I can't accept a opened frozen food which is unhygienic and is a careless service the merchant is not even sorry for the negligence and now not even willing to refund or follow up on it.
