Bellagios Pizza — Restaurant in Beaverton

I work across the street and eat here constantly. Usually i have great food and great service but today was beyond ridiculous. I called in to order for pick up so that my food would be ready by my lunch break. I always order the same thing. Cheese sticks with jalapenos and pepperoni. The girl who I spoke with told me she couldn't do that, that they can't put anything on their cheese sticks. On the menu it clearly says add jalapenos for no additional cost under the breadstick options. Again i order this all the time and have never had a problem. When I read to her what the menu she said she told me that it was wrong and that she couldn't do that. So she told me she could do a large pizza with the same sauce and toppings. I had a co-worker pick up my order. They did not once tell me the cost or my co-worker when she picked up my order. It was not at all what I wanted and almost twice the cost. When I walked over to get it corrected the same girl told me that she could do jalapeno bread sticks but the pepperoni would be an additional cost which is not at all what she told me on the phone. I explained that is what I wanted not a pizza. When she went to ring me up she couldn't figure out how to ring up the extra pepperoni. She wasn't apologetic in the slightest. She was honestly quite rude and I'm pretty sure just didn't want to help me in the first place. It was a really frustrating situation and I'm not sure if i will want to keep coming in for my lunch. I love the food but that was awful...

Let me start off by saying their pizza is superb in my opinion--some of the most delicious pizza I have had in a while. Not sure exactly why that is, but I think it may have to be that the toppings are fresh and their dough is just right--just crispy enough with a good flavor. I personally like the Bellagio combo; good mix of toppings together, and not too many that it overloads you. I have gotten take out and delivery. My recent delivery showed up almost an hour before the estimated delivery time. Excellent! He was also nice because when I went to tip him, he reminded me that I had already tipped when I ordered online. Very honest dude to do that. He probably deserves the extra tip but he insisted and left. That is the kind of employee you want to have work for you. Their prices are higher than places like Domino's or Pizza Hut, but the quality more than makes up for that. Prices are comparable to places like Papa John's and other similar chain pizza joints.

Have a HUGE complaint for this place…. Been going to Bellagios for over 20 years. Last night I ordered a XL pizza. I go to pick it up… I had to wait a few minutes, no biggie. I notice the the SAME EXACT pizza I ordered is “Pizza of the Day”, save $6.00. I ask the manager why I was overcharged since placing my order. I showed him my receipt. He was VERY LAZY and UNINTERESTED in helping. He grunted that in order to get that price I had to PHONE CALL the order in!!!! I said “ Really?” I use online ordering, I don’t bother you with my phone call I do ALL the work on YOUR ONLINE website and I get dinged $6.00???!!! He grunted “yeah “!!!
