I came home several days ago from a trip to discover that my suitcase had been locked by my airline. (I wasn't even aware that, on the side of the suitcase, there is indeed a lock. I always leave the zippers at the top of the suitcase and it looks like the airline must have moved the zippers down to the side of the suitcase and placed them into the lock. I didn't even check the bag so must have happened when I left the bag planeside prior to boarding.) I called this locksmith and the person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and said he could help me. I stopped by soon after and, within several minutes, they had unlocked my suitcase for me. I had my battery replaced by them 3 weeks ago the guy that installd my battery didnt know how to take my key fob apart and instead of acknoledgeing he didnt know how he pryed my fob open now ots broke and wont unlock my car i went back up to them they tryed replaceing my battery to see if it would unlock my doors and still nothing a young lady tested the battery and said the volts were too low and that they would order a new battery and would call me when It arrives its been goin on a month now still no call i paid for a service that i didnt recieve and i think they know they broke my key fob but they dont wana admit it ill never go back here again id rather spend x amount of dollars at a dealership then To ever deal...

I recently had an appointment with Southgate lock and key today. I unfortunately missed a call (due to being at work but my husband was waiting at home for them) at 9:04 and I returned their call at 9:17. Debbie with her nasty attitude stated her tech was on a different call and because I didn’t answer my phone they sent him somewhere else. But my husband was waiting at the house for him!
