Zanes Lebanese Grill (Bedford) — Restaurant in Bedford Township

During my miniscule wait for my order, all the staff I made eye contact with gave me a welcoming smile. I began to question whether their pumping a hallucinogenic hummus fragrance through the vents. To be noticed, I usually have to pantomime when dining in and my chiropractor advised me to relax my shoulder. I almost didnt order anything. Why you may ask? They stuffed me with so many samples I thought I was in Costco. This place will take me away from my goal of being a Mr. Olympia. Thank you for helping me maintain my weight. You make my mother worry less. Zanes isn't a restaurant, it's an experience. 5 DELICIOUS STARS for the food and customer service. Last place I went to turned me into a human flamethrower. I was a living example of the last 30 seconds of a pharmaceutical commercials adverse effect warning where my gastrointestinal system moved as fast as the side effects mentioned.

I will say, the flavor is good. However, the workers need to make sure they get the order correct for pick up. I ordered "no onions" because I have a food sensitivity. Raw onions give me migraines, sometimes debilitating. I even confirmed twice that there was a gyro with no onions. Both workers looked me in the eye and assured me that there were no onions. There was an entire handful of onions on my food. We were already back on the road and not going back because of time constraints. I spent a good amount of time picking the small pieces of diced onion from my gyro, the wrap falling apart as I tried, only to give up on it staying wrapped and just picked out the parts that I could eat. Again, the flavor was good, but the workers need to be aware of when a customer doesn't want an item. This is the second time we’ve tried Zane’s out and this time was just as spectacular as the first! The food is fresh and the servings are huge. We were told today that everything with the exception of the bread is made completely fresh, in house and both times we’ve had leftovers of everything we’ve ordered. We were blown away by the quality and quantity, especially considering how fair the prices are. Also, we always get stellar service. We have been served by different people both times but both times they still went about and beyond, answering questions, offering samples, giving recommendations, etc. We left feeling as though the gentleman who served us genuinely cared whether we came back or not.
