This first experience was not great... Ordered food before a rush started and was given (and I mean the bag was extended to me as they had called my name "Katelynn?") to me and when my boyfriend went to return it to get our food correctly, the girl he spoke with acted as though he, or I, must have grabbed the bag. He explained what really happened step-by-step and she just said "well, the food we made for you is still here, do you still want it?" .... Yes. I want the food that I ordered. The only reason we didn't bother to bring back all the food was because due to Covid-19, they wouldn't just take it back. No point in packing back up all that food just to be told they can't take it back anyways. At least the drinks were right. Those were good. The food was also good. But, the customer service was obviously lacking. As I said, the lunch rush didn't start until after our order was taken. There was no reason it should have been wrongfully given to us and then blame us when I had heard staff calling out people's names to approach for their orders the whole time I...

Placed an order through door dash, they forgot my side as they usually do...I was supposed to get a banana with my order. Called the restaurant and spoke with one of the managers her name is Kelly. Kelly told me that they were out of bananas and that it could not be communicated to me that they were out (which is a lie because I've had them contact me before through door dash) and they sent my food without the side anyway. I told her I'm not concerned about the side today as I cant go pick it up, I have a busy schedule but for future reference, since this has happened on more than one occasion, please make sure sides are in the bag. She got an attitude and said "we're only human" and that I could come pick up another side. Well I told her youre also a business..and that people get it delivered for a reason and that if I couldve picked it up, I would have originally. It's sad that I get attitude for expressing my unpleasant experience instead of empathy or motives to rectify it. I will not be going...
