American Table Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Bedford Township

I'm giving a star because I have to place one. I was just at this place and my fiance is allergic to pork we specifically declined meat and added pancakes. Our waitress was Robin we had to ask another waitress Terry to give us our hot sauce that Robin forgot during the prepping of my fiance's breakfast he noticed there was ham in his hash browns again we had to ask Terry for assistance Robin came took his plate away and returned with a new fork however this fork had egg yolk on it and it was supposed to be a new clean fork instead of being apologetic she had an attitude at this point we decided to leave we were charged full price for a breakfast that was messed up .I'd like to acknowledge the great service the friendly attitude recieved by Terry and her willingness to go out of her way to help.also as I was checking out my fiance was explaining the issue to the cashier who I found out later was relation to the owner she showed her true colors of rudeness I wasn't asking for discount or anything she barked well you still have to pay full price we didn't even eat our food nor were we asking for any discounts just trying to explain the service but she just made the whole visit worst I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE IS RIDICULOUS HOWEVER TERRY...

We have been long time patrons of this establishment but that ended today. Loved the food, service & always took our out of town guests there for breakfast. We normally eat in but on this occasion placed a take out order. At the time I placed the order it was repeated back to me correctly. When I got it home it was incorrect. I called them very disappointed & reported that. They were very apologetic & said they would make it right. I week later I called back & spoke to the same person, she remembered speaking to me & she said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Been here three times, first time the waitress was rude to the point my husband said he would never go back... second time i went in and recieves luck warm soup, cold mashed potatoes and mixed vegetable. Third time i went at 830 p.m this Friday for a.y.c,e. Fried dish and chips and they told me they were closing early wasnt busy enough to stay open. 6 tables were eating comfortable when she told me this. Guess they had plans for Friday night.
