Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bedford Township

As a personal review, food is not bad, pretty good. They do make it messy, but make It fast though. But they do have a problem always being out of things and sometimes turn off their lights to look like their closed way before closing time to appear closed. It does look messy and gross inside where they are preparing the food, stuff all over the ground, loud ghetto music, and just looks gross. But they do wear gloves and sometimes face masks, so that is good. HOWEVER—— they touch and have their personal phones in their hands or by them, while touching and handling food.

Also. I’m a DoorDash driver. And I am so confused with this Taco Bell. I go inside during the day to get the customers food. But at night, normally I’d go in the drive through if it wasn’t too many people or no one at all.

Needless to say. I come to pick up an order at 10pm, mind you, 10pm, no one in the drive though or there at all. I decide to save myself a trip of getting out my car, and go through the drive through and I was told to turn around and park, and to go inside to get the food. When it was ready and there to be picked up before I got there, why couldn’t they let me pull forward and just hand me the food? Instead they make me pull all the way around, get out of my car, and go inside to be handed something that could have been easily handed out the window.

This is not my first time. I am confused. I get told to come inside to get the food, but yet, doors are locked and I go through the drive through. Or I try to go through the drive through, I get told to turn around and go inside.

It is unpredictable and I never know what to do. I get out of my vehicle to go inside, doors locked. Then I try to go through the drive through, “ come inside to get it, cant hand it to you through the window “ because “ we are trying to make sure a certain amount of people are inside the Taco Bell in a day “ what???? What does that even mean.

What is wrong with me trying to get the customers food from the drive through? Seriously…. Especially if there’s NO ONE THERE. I am about done with accepting orders from this place.

Plus. “ even if it is your food, we will make you come in and get it, we can not give it to you through the drive through” why? What is wrong with me picking up MY OWN FOOD in the drive...

This is the 2nd time we've been here in the past wk & they mess up our order. Asked 4 a Mexican pizza meal w/no tomato & bean 4 my son & it had bean. Tacos are supreme so I ask for no s.c. & had sour cream. I know they hurry the orders 2 have good times but some customers really cant have certain)) stuff that's why we say no tomato, sour cream and/or no bean & when it's on the meal then we end up not eating because it's not worth driving the 10 minutes back to fix the mixup, we are to upset or we are to worried they will just mess with the food because we all know it happens at some places. Employee at window was nice although she seemed spaced out. She was staring off and then turned around and said did I 0heir food prices are getting to be on the more expensive side. For 2 Mexican pizza meals and 2 tacos it was $27.00 that's just insane to me. Guess I really need to start cooking at...

We went thru the drive-thru and ordered. We always order our food with special instructions. I ordered my bean burrito with no onions. My wife ordered her burrito supreme with extra sour cream and lettuce. We use a lot of Hot Sauce. We get to the window and there is no Hot Sauce in the bag so I asked for a big handful. The young lady handed me a small paper pouch with 5 or 6 packets of Hot Sauce in it. I asked for more and was told I couldn't have any more. We ate our food and my burrito had onions on it, my wife's burrito didn't have extra sour cream or lettuce. Mind you, the order was correct on the screen and on the receipt. We have been coming to this Taco Bell since it opened. It has always been our favorite. Since the whole Covid situation they have made several mistakes on our orders and at times the employees have been very rude (not this time). Time for a new favorite...
