Shame Shame Shame on you I just left this vape store not to long ago !!!!!! I bought a new smaller vape and I had yet to buy actual coils for it because they came with two . I was unsure but I looked it up on the internet. But still was a bit unsure …… The lady that was working tonight was really mean and rude yelled at me several times across the room and was very nasty to me ………. Then once we figured out what coils I needed she said to me as if I was slow maybe you should take a picture of the box so you know next time with full distain for me …….. I told her this is the first time I’m buying coils for the vape that’s why I was unsure…… she was so mean and rude I asked her are you okay ? I even pulled the coil out the vape to look at it for her to tell her what is was but I also was unsure about the wattage …… She also told me that I needed to get the coil right because they don’t sell individual coils and if it’s the wrong pack they don’t do refunds . So basically she was saying if I mess up and get the wrong coils I’m out 22 bucks the audacity she should have been reassuring me she would help me find the right coils for my vape why would you do or say something like that ……. It was really disappointing to be treated that way . I it had not been Sunday I would have went somewhere else but vape hours are fickle on Sundays…….. I have a lot of friends and coworkers that vape in the area I’m definitely telling them don’t...

ZOMGAWD HANNA WAS AWESOME. So it was a dark and frustrating night. I was danger low on my juice and my vape shop was like on the other side of the galaxy. I googled the closest shop to my 20 at the time and it led me to the artisan vape shop in the sky. I walked in and the young lady at the counter asked if she could help and I responded with "YES. I MUST HAS JUICE" but that I've never been here before and I had no idea what I would like. I have been using the same juice for years now and was set in my way. Well this young lady said that we could try some samples and see if we could find something that fit my palate. And through trial and error and a crap ton of patience on her part, it happened. And it was like a miracle. As if the clouds parted, the light shined down into this ship while the angles sang. We found a juice that was for me. Hanna did it!!! And since then I have been back. If you are ever in doubt, she can lead you down a path that will enlighten you to a new experience. Give this...

I love this store and other artisan vapes. And I usually have great experiences here. But today I came in and one of the employees was wearing a tcu sweat shirt. I enjoy socializing and try to find things I have in common with ppl so I thought id ask if they she goes to tcu (maybe we are in a similar program or have had the same teachers). She said no and said it was her boyfriends. I was like does he go there? And she said no but she has a lot of friends that go there. That is when the girl with the purple hair stepped it. She was like it is ok for people to rep tcu when they don’t go there. Which I found completely unnecessary. And also very negative. She took something that I was trying to make positive and assumes something negative. I probably won’t be back to this store unfortunately. I enjoy ppl that are positive and glass half full people. Not ppl that try to find the negative in things that literally aren’t negative at all. Very sad experience with...
