Burger King — Restaurant in Bedford

It's been awhile since I have been to any Burger King and thought I would try this one. Came in and ordered my meal. This BK is about half the size of others. "Gaby" took my order (very nice.) 2 people total in this Burger King (me and another man) Paid and got my cup and walked over to the Coke Machine - the touch screen for the machine - was absolutely filthy..literally streaks of greasy fingerprints. Instead of my fingertip I literally used my knuckle to select my drink. The entire drink counter area was filthy. You could tell there was an area where the iced T previously was - since there were dried puddles of brown on the steel.

Walked into the seating area..and LITERALLY walked around TWICE until I could find a seat that was not covered in trash or leftover food. It was not busy at all. Found a booth in the middle and they called my order. At the counter noticed old french fries in the bucket with ketchup packs...(pic taken) (The food was typical BK..the burger was alright & the fries luke warm) My major complaint is that this place was in DIRE need of a thorough cleaning from top to bottom -. You could tell the floor hadn't been properly swept sanitized in a long time (pics speak for themselves). As I was leaving I told the manager that the dining area was absolutely disgusting..no excuse and I was a Google reviewer - didn't seemed bothered... Pics Posted... I have only gone to this location maybe 3 times in the last 5 years since it was first built but, the experience has only went from bad to worst. Each time I have went I have made it home without something. I know. All MY fault. I was trying to leave this review on other formats but, tonight I received no receipt which was only complemented by getting my order wrong at the order box, at the second window and after pulling forward beyond the second window to let some other victim take precedents over the next, I had delivered to my door half my order. My whole order was 2 of their latest promotions with 3 of their latest promotions. 5 orders and 3 of them were 10 piece nuggets. No sauce. I "HAD MY WAY" with 1 order. Mayo, no mustard no ketchup. If I would have left the 3 orders of 10 piece nuggets off they would have still sent me on my oblivious way without my 2 small cokes and with 1 of the wrong sandwiches. Even after I went in to tell them the last sandwich was wrong and told them exactly what it was, frustrated I showed up at the house with the wrong sandwich and cold food. Never again. I will now prefer to eat Taco Bell and have the greatest toilet adventures the next day than to experience the frustration and disappointment of this establishment.

And the dissatisfaction continued at 4a.m. and 5a.m. and .....you get the idea. My wife and grandaughter had the same reaction. I found out later this day that my grandaughter only had acouple of bites of hers and said it tasted funny. I figure the meat was either bad or under cooked. My wife made the comment of "atleast Taco Bell waits for the next day and not the middle...

As someone who used to work for this company, I don't anticipate this location being open for more than another year.

When I pulled up, I was asked to wait almost a minute for my order to even be taken, despite there being no one in line in front of me and later seeing at least four employees milling around inside. I waited three minutes in the drive thru for a single sandwich combo.

My drink was not waiting for me, my fries were cold and unsalted but not soggy, which tells me they scooped them and left them lying on the counter until the sandwich was ready. I got the "new" crispy chicken sandwich which came out not crispy at all. It was hot and the flavor was good, but it was definitely not freshly fried.

I wasn't provided with napkins and upon requesting ketchup, received 11 packets for a small fry instead of the company standard of 3 or 4.

In addition, the water here is really bad. It's completely unfiltered tap water and has been for years, despite the fact that the corporate office will provide the location with an in-line filter upon request. Ordering a cola with no ice will somewhat mask the flavor, but their carbonation system is miscalibrated too, so your drink will be flat within an hour anyways.

Save yourself some grief and go down the road to Whataburger, DQ, or even McDonald's because they all outperform...
