The gentleman behind the counter was personable, knowledgeable, and completely honest. I had an item that I was selling. I know the value of the jewelry but played dumd just to see how badly he would lowball me. I was totally amazed when he explained that it was an expensive piece that should be taken to a jeweler knowledgeable in the type of rare (for this part of the world) combination of gems and metal. He then proceeded to recommend a very good jewler.
