I have never experienced such unethical business practices. The store policies are withheld completely from the buyer, that is if there really are any written policies which I doubt. If there are such policies, they should be given to the customers to review before the buyers commit large amounts of money.

The employees promise the world, i.e. lie...I did not rent to own, I paid full price. I did not buy what was on the floor because it didn't meet my needs. They offered to order exactly what I needed if I would pay upfront which I did. Had they told me that they could not order what I needed, I would have gone elsewhere. In retrospect, they must have wanted my money very badly because they were full of promises. Not a single policy was quoted.

But what they delivered to me wasn't at all what they said they haf ordered. I am stuck now with costly items that are totally useless to me. Supposedly, they have a convoluted policy about exchanges that doesn't make any sense, which is unethical and is completely withheld from the buyers. They will promise anything to get your money. My husband and I went to Growby's today and were greeted upon entering. The entire staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The store is very clean and doea not have a bad odor compared to other places we have been prior. One associate assisted us with picking out a living room set with an area rug, coffee table, lamps and end tables as well as a gaming setup for my husband. The agreement process was not terribly ling and the associate that assisted us with purchasing the loving rooms set explained the agreements very thoroughly and answered all of our questions. Growbys is the best RTO store ever! Every time I go in there I feel like I'm talking to my best friends. They are always kind, and always helpful. My favorite part about Growbys is their awesome prices. They don't only offer rent to own, but they offer cash and carry deals too! They also have warrantys on all their products for as long as you rent them and if your current on your payments. So if something happens, they got your back!
