I hope this was a one time issue. We were in there on a Sunday afternoon and the staff was not concerned about customer service. The one lady was talking to friends of hers and totally ignored that there were people waiting at the register. I went and located the other sales person and she tried several times to get the other ladies attention with no luck so she helped us but it was obvious.she didn't want to.
