Living Room Center — Local services in Bedford

Pretty good selection. Reasonable prices that are somewhat negotiable. Seemingly knowledgeable staff. Free delivery! We came in looking for a sofa to complement the sofa and recliner we had bought a couple of years ago, but we were told that the manufacturer no longer made the fabric color or anything close to it. We decided to look at a whole 3 piece living room set instead. I am somewhat turned off that during the price negotiation process of the 3-piece living room set we were buying, I felt like I was treated as just another sale or just another drop in the bucket rather than an actual customer. At one point during the price negotiation process, I was told by the salesman, "If you don't want to pay our price, we will just sell the set to the next customer that wants it." Not a terrible pressure sales tactic, but not the most effective way to build a welcoming customer service experience. Also, it was very convenient that during the negotiation process, another salesperson rushed over and quickly asked if we were going to buy the recliner in the set or not. Maybe it was a coincidence, but seemed like another pressure sales tactic to me. We did end up agreeing on a price. However, an hour later, my wife found the exact sofa we came looking for initially at another local store despite being told no one would have it. What a great place to buy furniture! Our Salesperson Pam was top notch- friendly & professional. We never felt pushed or like we were being "sold". The delivery was super convenient & the delivery men were true professionals. They have an incredible selection in their huge store in Bedford and are conveniently open on Saturdays as well. They were surprisingly accommodating on a special request we had and I couldn't imagine anyone else doing what they did for us. We won't ever get anything online again that we can get from Living Room Center. Their prices are just as good as anything else online, but the quality is going to be better than what we could get from the big A online. I never knew Bedford had such a huge furniture store! This place is massive, with tons of options for multiple rooms of the house. The sales people are very polite and not pushy, and will answer every question thoroughly. They offer free delivery for furniture over 200$ and they will work with your schedule. This place is just one of the best furniture stores I've ever been in, and I genuinely had a really great experience...
