Culver’s — Restaurant in Bedford

First experience during opening weekend was amazing. Fast service, delicious food, friendly staff. Went back tonight 6/13 initially my experience was the same. Was handed my bag thought it felt light for being a meal so opened the bag before leaving and noticed it was only my sandwich. Flagged down a worker delivering to another car who I promptly handed my receipt showing proof of purchase and explained what was going on. She apologized and said she’d go and make it right, returns about a minute later with my receipt saying they gave them to me already be demanding to look inside my bag. I showed her the bag with just my burger and marinara and she said she’d get it fixed. Comes back out about 90 seconds later with my cheese curds and half chucks the sack at me with no apology for basically...

Ive seen tons of complaints about the people not getting breaks at Culvers. Despite their policy there is also alaw for anyone under 18 that says, Minors must receive at least 30 minutes of rest break if scheduled to work six or more consecutive hours. These breaks can be given as one 30-minute break or divided into two shorter breaks totaling 30 minutes. These issues can be taken up with the Indiana Dept of Labor or the EEOC. My family definitely will not be wasting my money to support a business that doesn't treat their employees fairly. My relative was one of the ones who walked out on opening day. This is our second time here and they have misplaced or gave our order to other people both time . We’ve had to wait 30 mins if not long both times . This last time I had to call the store and give them my order again because it was no longer in their system and we got here when it was dead with only one car in line and now the line has clears out 3 times by the time we even get our food. They need to hire people that can pay attention better this is crazy! Don’t think I’m ever coming back. Posted while sitting in line still waiting other people just keep getting their food .
