Dissatisfied soon to be bride. I had been looking forward to picking up my engagement ring (it had needed resized), for over a week. My fiancée and I had nothing BUT good experience with Kay up until today. I naturally have short, "chunkier" hands after losing over 100 pounds. A staff asked me "are your hands always this swollen?" My heart shattered on a day that was supposed to be memorable 💔 I love my ring. That particular staff member's comment, whether she meant it in an ill way or not is unacceptable! We also had a ring to pick up from repair that the stone wasn’t properly seated, I was denied a service on my necklace that had been done before twice and covered under the protection plan but now somehow isn’t since she is the manager! The sales staff greeted us kindly. We told them our situation. They did not hesitate to fix it. 5 minutes later they were finished. They charged a very small fee to adjust the wristband.
