Dissatisfied soon to be bride. I had been looking forward to picking up my engagement ring (it had needed resized), for over a week. My fiancée and I had nothing BUT good experience with Kay up until today. I naturally have short, "chunkier" hands after losing over 100 pounds. A staff asked me "are your hands always this swollen?" My heart shattered on a day that was supposed to be memorable 💔 I love my ring. That particular staff member's comment, whether she meant it in an ill way or not is unacceptable! You do NOT ask someone that, period. I was so upset that my fiancée had to call their customer service, and then talk to their store manager. The manager, Cole, stated that she did not mean any ill will and will talk to her. My self-confidence is still shaken because of that comment and I definitely will not...

This store is by far the worst Kay jeweler in the district! The staff is so unknowledgeable and rude, the manager couldn’t even tell me the size of a chain or how to measure it! We also had a ring to pick up from repair that the stone wasn’t properly seated, I was denied a service on my necklace that had been done before twice and covered under the protection plan but now somehow isn’t since she is the manager! She basically called me a liar and said they don’t cover that! If there was literally any other jewelry store in town I’d go there. Highly...

My wife and I went there to get her watch wristband adjusted. We did not buy the watch there. It was a gift from her aunt. We were not looking to buy anything else. The sales staff greeted us kindly. We told them our situation. They did not hesitate to fix it. 5 minutes later they were finished. They charged a very small fee to adjust the wristband. My wife and I were impressed by their attitude. Though we were not in the market to buy anything new, we decided that the next time we are shopping for jewelry, we are going to Kay's....
