BE AWARE!!!! 3 month same as cash payment is a SCAM. We bought furniture from this store and we asked specifically if there is any HIDDEN FEES OR INTEREST on the 3 month same as cash program. He told us there is $50 application fee and that's all. But when I called the financing company, I came to know there is interest and it will increase every month. They use financing company called "TEMPOE". Please do yourself a favor and google the company. You can see TEMPOE's fraudulent activities. Tempoe is scamming vulnerable people and not disclosing their policy properly. Similarly Zoe furniture is not disclosing hidden fees and intrest rate prior to the purchase. I called them 5 days ago and still haven't got any resolution. I called them today and they told me I didn't properly read the email sent put from tempoe. Also manager who work their doesn't know the owner and doesn't have his cell phone number. Are you kidding me?? Are you trying to insult the intelligence of the customer?? We even told the store manager prior to purchase. If there is any intrest or hidden fees, we will pay everything upfront. We don't need financing. Now this whole ordeal has become such a hassle. This is not misinformation, this is intentional lying. Trying to get advantage of vulnerable and financially struggling people. There should be consequences for such fraudulent business and false advertisements.
UPDATE: 10/07/2020 This guy joe is a con artist. He will lie to you on your face. When I called he told me call tempoe they will take care of it. And store will allow me to pay them and tempoe will cancel the financing. But when I call the company they ask me to go back to store. So I put him in a conference call with the representative from Tempoe, he started changing his statement. He started getting rude and screamed at me for trusting him. Basically he was like I am at fault for trusting his word and should have investigated more and read each and every line of the paperwork. So according to him, it is my loss and his lies doesn't matter. He made me feel, I am a loser here because he succeeded scamming me. His friendly demeanor when you go the store changed into demonic. This people think they can get away with false advertisements and scamming people. Please don't trust this guy and his friendly talk. That's how he will scam you. Please don't shop in this store. I hope it doesn't happen to other innocent people. We trusted the guy Joe and believed his work and didn't cross check him. Biggest mistake we did. I have already sent review to better business bureau and will be sending formal complaint. This kind of practice should be criminal. On Monday after a few hours of them being open I called and no one answered so I continued to call until joe picked up and informed me now it would not be in until Friday because the warehouse was behind so I gave him the benefit of the doubt but informed him that I would not start paying the finance company until I received the FULL order because I wasnāt going to pay for something I didnāt have, he reassured me that it was ok. The next day my husband got an email saying our payments have started because we received everything so I called joe and he has now informed me that we would need to cancel the other part until THREE WEEKS!!!! so we called snap finance and let them know we hadnāt received everything yet so why should we start paying, we ended up just wanting to cancel and go somewhere else because we were tired of being dragged on and told that it was coming to only find out when the day was over and we waisted a day that it was not coming...so we call joe to let him know we want to cancel the whole order and was told if thatās the case we have to pay $75 to get it picked back up... now to me and my husband that is not right, we didnāt know before the delivery driver got there that part of the couch set was not there and he had them deliver it anyways...he should have called me and told me so I could tell him I want the whole thing at once so we could avoid any issues..so to conclude all of this, we were ripped off and have been loyal customers and we will now be taking our service else...

When I called they were not willing to provide me with any warranty help and even stated that the electric parts donāt have a warranty. So they then gave me a number to someone they recommend to fix the couch.. this person charges $75 just to come look at it and then depending whatās wrong with it the parts and labor to repair.. I have been trying to get said person to come do that since the couch is just over a year old with no luck⦠so anyone who is buying furniture be prepared if something goes wrong to have no support if itās not within a few days of getting...
