Digital EDGE — Local services in Bel Air

I was referred to Digital EDGE by a previous customer who had rave reviews about the workmanship and quality of work and service that Jeff and his team provides. This prompted me to reach out to Digital EDGE to get services scheduled to have some TVs mounted.

Everything positive that previous customers have said is true. Jeff was on time, greeted me with a smile, even joked with me about not knowing exactly where my bracket was to mount my sound bar in the living room which made for a pleasant experience. Jeff's work is high quality. When he was finished, there was no mess to really clean up and everything was operational. I had all of my TVs mounted with the exception of one in the master bedroom of my home. I actually regret not getting that one mounted as well so I know for sure, I'll be reaching back out to Jeff and team in the near future to get that TV mounted. This place is completely unprofessional and left me scrambling to find another provider at the last minute. I called in and booked a TV mount installation with 2 days notice and they never showed up! I called many times on the day of the arranged service (Saturday afternoon) and they just never picked up and I haven’t heard from them since. They cannot be trusted and should treat people with respect - if you can’t make the job its only decent to call and cancel, ideally with some warning. Another great experience with Jeff. Digital Edge installed 3 TVs for us back in 2013 and when I bought a new TV there was only one company I was going to reach out to do the installation. Jeff came in moved a TV and installed the new TV one along with a SONOS soundbar. He hid all the cables, added an outlet behind the TV and left everything just the way it was. The whole area was clean like nothing every happened. On top of the work the prices were very reasonable. I would recommend Digital Edge and Jeff to anyone that needs a TV or Sound...
