I had this pizza for the first time last night and it’s all that I’ve thought about today. This pizza is incredible.
For the sake of time and money, whenever I am in the mood to grab a quick pizza for dinner I would typically default to one of the larger chains like Pizza Hut or Dominos. On this occasion however, I wanted to see what was near me that I hadn’t tried before.
I decided to give Crust a try based on the positive reviews, and honestly how close it was to my house. The pricing was a little higher than your average chain pizza place, but I was banking on the higher quality pizza and boy did it pay off.
I ordered a Caesar salad and a large pie with pepperoni, green peppers, and bacon. The order was ready in 20 minutes. Upon picking up the pizza, I was greeted by a very friendly staff who had my order ready for me with a smile.
I was very surprised at the Caesar salad. For $10 it definitely delivered on size and quality. I split this with my wife and we were both very happy with it.
The pizza was incredible. The only downside was that for the largest size they have, I wish it was slightly bigger. The whole pizza was gone before I could grab a tape measure, but it seemed slightly smaller than a typical large. But maybe that’s just me, and maybe I was just really hungry. The dough was chewy and slightly sweet, and was in perfect ratio with the cheese and sauce. The pepperoni and peppers were good, but the bacon was the star of the show. I might get a side plate of the bacon next time I go, it was outstanding. And they do not skimp on the toppings so there was plenty of it, crisp but not too cooked, and not overpoweringly salty. And I have been daydreaming about those final bites of the crust ever since last night. Sweet, chewy, and delicious.

This pizza was so salty I had to spit it out. I couldn't even eat any of it.
My wife didn't like it either nor the toddler. I didn't eat any of it and fed it to my dog.
The other weird thing was the pizza was perfectly round. Is this dough even fresh? Is it pre-made? It didn't matter because the sauce and cheese was horrible, too. I can't believe this was 14 dollars. And on another note, if your going to name yourself "crust" pizza then please have decent crust.
I decided to measure this 14 inch pizza and it was only 13.25 inch wide. So after overpaying for this pizza the owner decides to cheat me. I feel insulted all the way around.
I've had frozen pizzas better than this. I am so upset I wasted 14 dollars. I'm not even going to bother asking for a refund because they will never do it. I may do a charge back it was that bad. I've never ever asked for money back in my life for a meal, either, so I'm not that person.
At least the young kid was nice...
Read moreWas at a friend's house 2 weeks ago (Friday night) and he ordered Pizza from a relatively new Pizza place in Bel Air. He ordered the 2 Large pizzas special. I asked him where he got the Pizza? He said Crust Pizza. He ordered A plain cheese and a Pepperoni. I took a Bite and said this is very good, them the second bite was where I really got to enjoy the taste. I really tasted the freshness and great flavor. Nice, tasty dough, quality cheese and done correctly. I used to work as a GM at Bruno's (they closed down months ago) which they made homemade fresh Pizza, which was good, this Crust Pizza is extremely tasty and would Highly Recommend you trying it. My next Pizza from there will be the Garlic Shrimp which I heard is off the charts and delicious. Give them a try. 5 stars...
