The wings are the best I've ever had! But one time when I went to pick up, I waited for 5 mins.until a waitress acknowledged me. When she finally did, she said "What do you need?" with an attitude. I had told her my order and she looked at a bag next to her and said, "It'll be ready in a few!" Before I could say anything she turned around grabbed a beer, ate some fries she had behind the counter and walked the beer to another customer. She started talking to another waitress and the waitress asked if I needed assistance. I told her "I have already been helped and was told to wait". I preceded to tell her my order and she started repeating my order as she looked at the same bag the girl before did. She said," There ready". My anger was boiling by then because I had waited about 15mins.for my order that was already done! She quickly had me sign off on the receipt and the other waitress kept glaring over at me. The one waitress walked away and I payed with card. I wasn't going to leave my card info open for anyone to grab. She comes back and said"What do you need?!" I simply said that I didn't want to leave my receipt with card info right here for some to grab. She was like,"Ok." And I walked out. They never greeted me or said have a nice day. Nothing! I know some people who do work there and are awesome! But the two waitresses I encountered that night need to be fired or something! They were very disrespectful and I don't care where you go, respect is respect! Those girls made me not want to come in or advertise about there...

2024 Update - Crab cake egg rolls are still delicious. They came out pretty quick and they were fresh and hot. It's not jumbo lump crab meat, but it's seasoned well and it tastes good. My server was nothing to speak about, she wasn't bad but she wasn't that great either. I try not to be too hard on servers because who knows what type of day they're having. I just know I've had more pleasant servers in my restaurant experiences. The drinks were extremely weak, and we didn't order Happy Hour drinks. I've never had a long Island that wasn't strong. It's typically the strongest drink in any establishment that serves alcohol. We were extremely disappointed, but we didn't send them back. I don't like to upset the apple cart. I would never order that again. Overall experience was not 5 stars this time.

This was my first time coming to this restaurant since 2017. The service was great, Faith was extremely attentive, patient and understanding. I asked her for suggestions she gave me a suggestion and I ordered the wings but l didn't not like them and I expressed that to her she took it off my check and genuinely felt bad that she offered it. We ordered on the DoorDash app for pickup. Was given a pickup time of 8:50 and was sent an alert at that time my order was ready. Drove the couple minutes to the store to pickup only to be told I would have to wait another 30-35 min. I asked why and showed them the alert that my food was ready. That was met with a shrug, and I was told I’d have to wait. Fine, hockey game was on, I’ll grab a beer and wait. 30 min later I’m handed a bag of food and the hostess heads to the bar to get my soda to complete the order. While I’m waiting, the person expediting orders asks if I need any help, to which I said “no, just waiting for my soda” she answers, “well did you pay for your beer?” So, I have to wait an extra 30 min for food that was supposed to be ready, then have it be insinuated that I didn’t pay for a beer I purchased with cash to pass the time while I wait?

Get our food home, which is less than 2 miles from the store, it’s lukewarm at best. Wings are pale and soggy. Same for the fries. Blue cheese that was ordered with the wings is missing.
