The salesperson was so rude. I went there to check on a COD deal that they have online for $59. The guy started with I can't get it for that price unless I order it online and then wait 15 minutes to get it. Then I asked about a military discount, and he informed me that I couldn't get it online, so I decided to buy the on at the store for $69 and asked for the military discount, he started with saying that it will not apply for new games, and when I told him that thier website stated for new and pre owned, he asked me to show him that, I pulled the website and made him read it online, he then said.. that's old. They have changed it while it was still online. While his system was showing "waiting for military discount verification," all I needed to do was to show him my ID. I walked out and informed him that I would buy it somewhere else and leave a review. He replied yelling "please do.". I'm not sure if he had an issue with me asking for a military discount or my skin. Will not buy from this location or...
Read moreThis GameStop location is a gem! The staff is super friendly, and the store is always clean and well-organized. While parking is usually okay, the Festival location can get quite busy, so it might feel a bit crowded at times. Like most GameStops, this one offers a great selection of games—both new and used—along with consoles, gaming accessories, gift cards, and a variety of ThinkGeek merchandise and apparel. I love that I can trade in my old games, accessories, and consoles for store credit or a bit less in cash. If you're a regular, the Pro membership is definitely worth it—you get a $5 monthly credit (just not on gift cards anymore), plus discounts on games and merch, and access to the digital Game Pro magazine. Personally, I can't get enough of the apparel, Funko Pops, and other quirky goodies from ThinkGeek! I consider this my 'home base' GameStop, especially with Coffee Coffee right next door—it's a perfect combo. I've been coming here for years, and it's hands-down my favorite...
Read moreWORST EXPERIENCE EVER with Gamestop. Ordered a gift for my son. It ended up being for the wrong platform. I bought it online and was told it wouldn't even be delivered since I called 30 min after ordering it. It was delivered anyway and then I was told to take it to a Gamestop location and that they would help me get it sent back. I go to this location last night and "William" had every excuse of why he couldn't help me and told me of 3 other places to go. Spent almost $30 on an Uber to this location since I couldn't drive due to recent surgery. My son called ans gave William a piece of his thoughts and then William said he could help if I came back. More money wasted because someone didn't feel like working. So i left and decided NOT to purchase the headset and gaming keyboard I was going to purchase while I was...
