Festival At Bel Air is nothing to rave about, it's just okay. They have a few cool places. There's an AC Moore if you're artistic, along with a Chuck E. Cheese if you have young children. The Marshalls has a sad selection and Kohl's is just too expensive. Five Below is more or less a store for teenagers, so it's not all that appealing if you're over 18. They have a Rite Aid. Never been inside but I'm sure it's nice if you have to pick up something quick or get a prescription. The food places I can name off the top of my head are Chipotle, Panera Bread, Subway, and there's an Italian restaurant. I don't eat at Chipotle after that whole salmonella scare. The other food places have yummy options. Lastly is a Shop Rite, which is convenient if you live in the area. My only favorite place is AC Moore. I don't do my shopping in Harford County because it's too boring. Stores in this region typically have mundane looking clothes and I'm not a mundane girl. Lol. Not a bad shopping center, come here if you don't feel like going far, but I wouldn't recommend this place for stylish clothes or a huge selection of...
Read moreI had to review my last review. It was a a 5 star review. It has since been moved to a 1 star and I will no longer shop in this center and I advise everyone else not to as well. Today while loading a catering order from ShopRite, I pulled up in front of store in which was the loading area. I ran inside to pick up the order and return back as it was a sizeable order. When I returned in 3 minutes my car was attached to a tow truck. The driver told me that I was in a no parking area, I stated I was in the loading and unloading stop. He pointed to a no parking sign. Which must have been recently installed as I do business with this shop rite often. The driver then told me it was his job to do this by the owners of the festival. This is a predatory towing practice as the tow truck must have been sitting and in wait. I was charged 175 dollars to have it dropped and he refused to take a credit card, which is illegal. So given this situation I will no longer do business...
Read moreI love this store when it comes to cleanliness, slection and usally have everything in Stock compared to my normal store in DE who are ALWAYS out of stock on coupon items and looks a bit run down, so it was a nice change. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars the employee's at the service desk are always less than helpful and could careless if you know it, my DE store is always helpful even if I'm a pain in the butt. I'm a extream couponer and know it's a huge pain but they are almost always patient. Girls got to do what she's got to do to save some money on the family grocery store. Not only do they double $1 coupons you can stack them with thier store coupons. Guess it's a trade off, cleanliness vs...
