I booked a full service grooming for my son, Bean, last Saturday. I was really excited because this place had great reviews and is much closer to me than his regular groomer. Unfortunately, Tristan did my son's cut and he did my baby so dirty so I'll just list out the issues I had:
All that said, they're not touching my dog's hair again because the lack of communication is a serious issue for me. I'll likely be back to use the self wash station because it looked fabulous compared to the ones...

We used to go to a different place for self-service dog wash stations, but we moved so needed to find a new spot. I liked this place, it was $15 for a medium size dog (under 30 lb). The price varies depending on the weight of your dog.
The place comes with 3 kinds of shampoos (tear-less, whitening, and traditional dirty dog) and 1 conditioner. The water nozzle is your typical garden hose attachment. I like that the soap could be dispensed through the hose, but my station was not functioning properly, so they offered me bottles of the exact same shampoos and conditioners to use instead which was nice. I wouldâve given a full 5 stars had that function been working.
They provide you with one towel, and the drying station is nicely tucked in a separate private space for you and your pup. In the drying area, it comes with a lead for your dog to stay put, a brush, cologne, and cotton balls + ear cleaner. The dryer is a high velocity dryer, so if your pup is more sensitive to noise, then please invest in a happy hoodie for them.
My two critiques are that I wish the soap dispensed out the hose while bathing my dog, and that I couldâve gotten more than one towel for my dog. It was sort of thin so it got soaking wet rather quickly and I barely got my dog towel-dried before blow drying him. For the price, I canât argue too much and I would come back again!
The staff were very friendly and attentive, and you can tell they work hard to keep this place running and as clean as it could be with dogs...

No change to my original five-star review! We have now been loyal members of PetBar for a couple of years. They offer a weekly bath membership where you can drop off your dog and they will bathe, dry, and brush him for you. You can also elect for nail trimming, teeth brushing, etc. Then you pick up a clean and happy dog. Easy peasy! You can also book grooming sessions.
The staff at PetBar have always been thoroughly professional, courteous, and thoughtful of the animals in their care. You can tell they love their clients! My now-three-year-old golden retriever is always super excited to go and they love him to pieces. Heâs even been featured in their social media! I trust them to take good care of my pup and wouldnât dream of going elsewhere. They are wonderful dog people!

Can't say enough nice things about this new business. The facility is top notch (clean and state of the art - even has cameras so you can watch your pet as he is being groomed / washed). They also have a monthly membership you can join. Zach the groomer was amazing with our giant golden retriever puppy who doesn't like baths or grooming. The owner and staff are also great. Because of his size, our eight month old puppy looks intimidating even though he doesn't have a vicious bone in his body (he is...a golden retriever), but they are very experienced and know how to handle big dogs as well as little ones. Absolutely recommend this place and don't plan to go anywhere but here for our...
